Collin Kuhl Clinton, IA Obituary, Death: Family and Friends Remember Cherished 23-Year-Old

CLINTON, Iowa — The Clinton community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Collin Kuhl, who passed away at the age of 23. Remembered for his caring heart, genuine personality, and the meaningful relationships he built throughout his life, Collin’s passing has left family, friends, and loved ones grieving the loss of a remarkable young man.

Born on August 6, 2002, Collin touched countless lives through his kindness, compassion, and ability to make those around him feel valued. His unexpected passing has created an immeasurable void in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

A Life Defined by Kindness and Connection

Those closest to Collin remember him as someone who lived with warmth, generosity, and authenticity. Whether spending time with family, sharing laughter with friends, or supporting those in need, he had a natural ability to brighten the lives of others.

Friends describe him as caring, dependable, and deeply devoted to the people he loved. His infectious smile, sense of humor, and compassionate spirit made every gathering more memorable and every friendship stronger.

Although his life was tragically cut short, the memories he created and the love he shared will continue to inspire those who knew him.

Remembering Collin Kuhl

Collin was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dale Wilson, and his great-grandmother, Lois Foster, both of whom held a special place in his heart.

He is lovingly survived by his parents, Chris Kuhl and Renee, and Dayla Wilson and Matthew Clark. He also leaves behind his siblings, Wayne, Tucker, Alyza, Bria, Kaleb, Abrienne, and Azariah, who will forever cherish the bond they shared with him.

In addition, Collin is survived by his grandparents, Dave and Laura Kuhl and Renda Sievers, as well as his great-grandfather, Art Foster. He is also mourned by his girlfriend, Ash Garrett, along with many extended family members, lifelong friends, and all whose lives were touched by his kindness.

Memorial Service Arrangements

Family and friends will gather to celebrate Collin’s life during a memorial visitation on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Pape Funeral Home, located at 2308 Pershing Boulevard, Clinton, Iowa 52732.

An inurnment will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. at Andover Cemetery, where loved ones will come together to honor his memory and say their final goodbyes.

A Lasting Legacy

While Collin Kuhl’s life ended far too soon, his legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched with his compassion, generosity, and unwavering love for family and friends.

As the Clinton community comes together to mourn this tremendous loss, many find comfort in remembering the joy he brought into their lives and the enduring impact of his kindness.
